If you have arrived at this page, you have received an invitation to join the first quarterly cycle of this group

This is a closed group for creative people: blocked, active, dormant or thriving. We will use art and experiential therapy methods to explore our work, meaning and self-expression. We will unblock ourselves to expand our creative practice. Sessions take place online via Zoom.

The artists who are included are: painters, performers, writers, musicians, mixed media makers, and creative entrepreneurs.

The sessions will be for three hours and include:

• Individual check-ins
• Experiential & therapeutic activities
• Working/making in silent community
• Action and commitment sharing

Each member must commit to a 3-month period of attendance (3 sessions). During that time, no new members will be admitted. After the 3-month cycle, there will be a chance to renew your commitment or exit the group.

The space is held and group work guided by artist, certified art therapist and clinical experiential specialist, Claudia Palmira.

We meet on the first Monday of the month from 4 – 7pm Central Europe Time. The cost is 60 Euros per session.
