This small, action-oriented workshop helps you with two concrete skills

1. First, the workshop will help you create concise, memorable documents that foreground your value rather than simply recording your experience.
2. Then you will sharpen your live performance by focusing on interview skills that combine focused messaging with tips on how to give a more persuasive, relaxed performance. You’ll also learn how to boost the chances of your materials being flagged for review, and the why and how of follow up.

You’ll come away from this workshop with:

• Stronger, more compelling documents: a resume and cover letter that reflect a leaner, more metrics and accomplishments-based “pitch” of your skills and abilities;
• A keener understanding of what your resume and your “pitch” is supposed to do, both separately, and as a cohesive, persuasive storytelling unit;
• Tips on getting your application materials seen by prospective employers;
• Skills and techniques for upping your interview performance;
• Takeaway handouts with key guidance about all of these essentials for ongoing reference
