Who is this for?
All creatives at any stage of your process, from blocked to thriving. We welcome all disciplines, including writing, painting, collage, ceramics, photography, music, cooking, performance... and whatever your creative area is.

What is experiential therapy?
Creativity is a way to access the subconscious using the universal language of imagery. Experiential therapy involves guided movement and interaction among group members to improve spontaneity and release stuck energy in the mind. Experiential therapy offers a range of benefits, from increasing spontaneity and playfulness to providing alternative avenues for expression and addressing trauma in a supportive and creative manner.

Can I attend without prior registration?
Yes. While we highly encourage registering for the event in advance to ensure a seamless experience for both attendees and organizers, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
-
Is there a refund policy for registration fees?
Due to the nature of our planning and commitment to delivering a high-quality program, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for event registrations. However, we understand that individual circumstances vary, and to accommodate your needs, we offer the option to purchase sessions individually or drop ins. This allows you to tailor your participation based on your preferences and availability. We encourage you to carefully consider your schedule and commitment before making a purchase.
-
Do I need to be "good" at my art?
No matter what your artistic or creative practice is, you are welcome. We do not use words like "good or bad" to describe our skills and work. Instead, we focus on the practice itself, the commitment to doing. In our sessions we confront the blocks we have to committing, expressing, and believing in our work.

What if I'm enrolled in an art course already?
These workshops are therapeutic in nature, and are completely compatible with degree work or technical classes. As we meet once per month, it is a check point for your creativity and a way to feel supported and seen in your process.
