This group began in Spring 2020 with a core group of creatives in various fields using different mediums: writing, painting, poetry, acting, music…. And now, the doors are opening for the next 3-month cycle. Are you ready to re-awaken your creativity alongside other artists?

This is exclusively for creative people, no matter if you are blocked, active, dormant or thriving. We use art therapy and experiential methods to explore the subconscious territory, both to utilize in and unblock our work. You receive unconditional support for your emotions, process and projects, as well as practical tools and assignments to further your practice and commitment.

Sessions take place online via Zoom. The sessions will be for three hours and include:

• Individual check-ins
• Experiential & therapeutic activities
• Working/making
• Action and commitment sharing

Each member must commit to a 3-month period of attendance (3 sessions), one for each season. During that time, no new members will be admitted. After the 3-month cycle, there will be a chance to stay on or exit the group. Content is always new, no session is the same.

The space is held and group work guided by artist, certified art therapist and clinical experiential specialist, Claudia Palmira.

We meet on the first Monday of the month from 4 – 7pm Central Europe Time. The cost is 60 Euros per session.
