In this hyper-scientific era with dozens of spiritual avenues to select from, discovering a true connection to your higher self – God, higher power, Spirit, Force, Vortex – can feel confusing. Believing in a higher good can bring up a variety of reactions: from fear, to anger, distrust to relief and joy. In this workshop, we will explore your emotions and your process around belief. Unblock yourself from unwanted, inherited concepts to reveal your own truth and desired connectivity to a source of infinite wisdom.

Using art therapy and experiential techniques, Claudia Palmira will guide you in a series of activities designed to open your heart and mind to make way for forgiveness and renewal.

The workshop lasts 3 hours with one break.

• time for journaling, self-reflection
• In English – some Italian if needed
• connection with other like-minded “seekers”

About the modalities used in this workshop

In art therapy, creativity is a way to access the subconscious using the universal language of imagery. Experiential therapy involves guided movement and interaction among group members to improve spontaneity and release stuck energy in the body. No experience or skillset in either is necessary to participate. All are welcome.
