Let’s take some special time for ourselves during this period of staying indoors. Here is a virtual space to connect authentically to others, while you are guided on a journey inside yourself to discover a place without restrictions or limitations –  an abundant and beautiful respite.

Artist and art therapist Claudia Palmira guides you through artistic and experiential methods to provide a well-deserved break from the stream of news, virtual work, social calls and self-help offerings that we might be inundated with at this unique time.

Self-soothing can be hard to do by yourself in isolation. Sometimes, we need an appointment with others to make it happen. Together, we will move from isolation and crisis into creativity and connectivity.

What to expect:

• guided meditation
• artistic activities
• experiential activities
• authentic sharing
• in English

No artistic experience is necessary.

Please bring the following to the call:

• plain white paper or a plain paper sketch pad
• journal
• magazines to cut up
• tape or glue
• scissors
• pencil
• whatever colors you have at home (optional): markers, crayons, oil crayons, paints
